Aleis Repairs

If you have Aleis equipment that is in need of repair, the item will be required to be returned to Aleis for inspection and repair.

How to action a repair

• Download our repair form
• Complete the form online  (type in) and save a copy for your records.
• Print the form and enclose it with the item to be repaired.
• Download our shipping address label.  Complete send details. Print to attach to your shipment.
• Return to Aleis Repairs via your preferred shipping method.
